Hija Studio

Finding balance in contrast. The concept is characterised by simple and Mediterranean aesthetics; light and warm tones and the extensive use of natural materials such as ceramics, wood, wrought iron and cotton. Inspiration from this concept is drawn from cultural influences originated in Brazil and Portugal. In addition, the interior design studio’s brand concept is strengthened by a contrasting minimalist form of brutalism, characterised by sculptural structures and symmetric line play. In reference to brutalism, we’ve come up with a minimalist, subtle and stackable use of thin line play that gives structure to textual elements within Hija Studio’s communication. This top-down structure gives order to segments, titles and subtitles and can be used in both print and digital communication.
