Equity works

Our good friend Nadine Ridder is hard at work trying to create a more equitable world. As part of that ongoing journey, she just launched an online module for individuals who want to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society but aren’t sure where or how to start. According to her, the “module makes participants aware of their influence and offers tools to convert it into intrinsically motivated actions that fit who they are.” We are really proud to have worked with her on the design of the accompanying booklet. The design process itself was cause for self-reflection. As is the intention of the booklet, it is encouraging us to examine and explore our cultural backgrounds and identities, and how can use our privileges to drive change.
